Danielle DeMarsh is a Senior Project Manager in the Parks Planning and Strategic Initiatives Branch of the City of Toronto’s Parks, Forestry, and Recreation Division. She is responsible for the Parkland Strategy, Toronto’s 20-year parks plan to guide the expansion and improvement of Toronto’s parks system.
Prior to working at the City of Toronto, she worked on policy planning at a regional level for the Province of Ontario. Danielle has professional experience spanning both the implementation world, and the policy world, which helps her to see both the forest and the trees when she’s thinking about parks.
