Kaela Geschke is the Ohio Parks for People Program Director at Trust for Public Land. There she uses her expertise in facilitation, program development, and authentic stakeholder engagement to ensure equitable access to greenspace. For the last decade Kaela has worked to creatively connect Clevelanders to address long standing divisions and disinvestment. Notable projects include the City of Cleveland Ten Year Housing Equity Plan and contributing to the development of the Cleveland Parks and Greenspace Coalition.
