Leslie Weber’s career spans 25 years in fundraising and leadership roles in multiple non-profit organizations across sectors, including arts and culture, women’s rights, social services, social justice, and parks. She served as the Cive President for Development at the Prospect Park Alliance and was a member of the Alliance’s campaign leadership team for the $74 million Lakeside project; was Chief Development Officer at the Randalls Island Park Alliance; and recently served as Interim Director of Development for the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy. She is currently Interim Executive Director for the Hamilton Partnership for Parks, the official friends group of the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in Paterson, NJ.
She is a passionate believer in the value of urban parks, and is committed to leveraging her experience in social and racial justice; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and fundraising to further community engagement and secure greater resources for city parks and the friends groups that work in partnership with them.
