Toni serves as part of the Executive Team for the City of Bellevue’s Parks & Community Services Department. Her work focuses on residents in need of human services, youth, and those involved in the criminal justice system.
Toni joined the city in May 2018. Before joining the City of Bellevue, she spent 20 years in non-profit work with youth and families. Toni has a bachelor’s degree in counseling psychology, along with a masters and doctorate in education.
The mission of the city’s Parks & Community Services Department is to “build a healthy community through an integrated system of exceptional parks, natural areas, recreation, arts and culture, and a broad base of community services.
